“Where in NH is MI-BOX” Contest Rules

Contest Overview and Rules of Entry

Participants are asked to take a photo of a MI-BOX storage container from a location within the State of New Hampshire. The photo must clearly show the MI-BOX logo and contact information posted on the outside of the container. The MI-BOX container must be a container representing the specific MI-BOX of Central and Western New Hampshire franchise, identified with the contact phone number of 603-369-4464 on the outside of the container. We encourage the participant to be included in the photo, but participant inclusion is not mandatory. Please only submit one photo per box per location. Multiple photos of the same box at the same location will not be considered for entry.

Photos need to be uploaded onto the participant’s FaceBook page and shared while tagging the Facebook page of MIBOX of Central and Western New Hampshire which is at www.facebook.com/MiBoxCentralNH. Please mention the hashtag #findmiboxNH and mention the location at which the photo was taken. This location can be stated as either a town, business, event or attraction location or a combination of any of these.

Anyone over the age of 18 can enter and there is no purchase necessary to enter to win. Contest will begin on April 1, 2020 and will run weekly through the month of June, with winners to be announced on Fridays beginning on Friday, April 10. The photos must be uploaded and tagged by Wednesday at 5pm (entry deadline) to be considered for the prize to be announced on the subsequent Friday. Participants can only win once during the duration of the contest.

The participant who has uploaded and tagged the most MI-BOX photos within the seven days prior to the Wednesday entry deadline will be the winner for that week. The winner will be notified through their Facebook account once a decision has been made following the entry deadline.

Prize

The winner will receive one $100 Amazon Gift Card to be emailed to the winner.

Rights Associated with Contest

Submission of photos constitutes permission from the participant to use the participants’ name, photograph (including likeness), and information submitted in their entry email, as well as any statements or remarks made about the contest in advertising and promotion without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law. All photographs, and any copyrights therein, become the sole property of MI-BOX of Central and Western New Hampshire, 405 Laconia Road, Tilton, New Hampshire 03276. By entering, entrants agree to abide by the above stated rules, and warrant that their photo is their original work and does not infringe upon or violate rights of any third party, and grant to MI-BOX of Central and Western New Hampshire the right to edit, publish, promote, and otherwise use their entry materials without permission, notice or compensation. No royalties will be paid at this or any time. By submitting an entry, each participant agrees to assign all right, title, and interest in and to the entry to MI-BOX of Central and Western New Hampshire. By submitting an entry, each participant agrees to be bound by these Contest Rules. Each participant agrees to release and hold MI-BOX of Central and Western New Hampshire, and its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, subsidiaries, parent companies, or other affiliated companies harmless from any and all damages, losses, claims and liabilities arising out of participation in the contest or resulting from acceptance or claiming of any prize hereunder. MI-BOX of Central and Western New Hampshire reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any indecent photos and/or terminate, suspend or otherwise cancel the contest at any time. MI-BOX of Central and Western New Hampshire is not responsible for any expenses incurred in connection with participation in the contest.

Privacy

Unless otherwise specified, any and all information provided in connection with this contest will be used by MI-BOX of Central and Western New Hampshire for the purpose of administering and promoting the contest as well as subsequent marketing offers from MI-BOX of Central and Western New Hampshire.
